They were very professional and I will be using them again. They put up my lights and when a few were out they came out and adjusted. The bulbs were not tightened but not a big issue because they came out. I had blue and white Christmas lights and we got compliments from our neighbors because they were so bright. They came and took them down after the new year and I appreciate not having to deal with that. It was my first time having lights installed and it actually made me happy when I would get home and see them on. Having the timer was a plu
